Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Webmify. By accessing or using our website, registering for a webinar, downloading a resource or joining our community, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. About Webmify
Webmify is a digital builder community and education platform operated by Webmify Studio. We offer live webinars, free resources, digital courses and community access focused on helping Africans build digital skills and earn in the digital economy.
Our websites include webmify.site, webinar.webmify.site and resources.webmify.site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Webmify. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may not use our services under any circumstances.
3. Free Services
Webmify offers several free services including live webinars, free resource downloads and community access. These are provided at no charge and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any free service at any time without prior notice.
Free services are offered for educational purposes only. Access to free content does not create any contractual obligation on Webmify to continue providing that content.
4. Paid Programs and Services
Webmify also offers paid programs, courses and services. The following terms apply to all purchases:
- All prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified
- Payment must be made in full before access to paid content is granted
- Prices may change at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed
- Where a promotional price is offered (for example, a webinar price versus a standard price), that promotional price applies only during the stated period
5. Refund Policy
Given the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once access to paid content has been granted. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- You have not yet accessed any of the paid content
- There was a technical fault on our end that prevented you from accessing the content
- You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase

6. Intellectual Property
All content on Webmify websites — including text, videos, graphics, course materials, resources and the Webmify logo — is owned by Webmify Studio and protected by Nigerian and international copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any Webmify content without our prior written permission. This includes sharing paid course materials outside of the platform.
Free resources (such as the AI Money Starter Pack) may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial use, provided Webmify is credited as the source.
7. User Conduct
When participating in Webmify webinars, community spaces or any other interactive features, you agree not to:
- Post or share content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory or hateful
- Impersonate any person or organisation
- Share others' personal information without their consent
- Spam, advertise or promote third-party products without our permission
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
- Use our platform to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity
We reserve the right to remove any user from our community and revoke access to paid content without refund if these rules are violated.
8. Income and Results Disclaimer
Webmify provides educational content about building digital skills and earning in the digital economy. Any income figures, project values or financial outcomes mentioned in our content — including in webinars, resources and marketing materials — are examples and not guarantees.
Individual results will vary based on factors including effort, market conditions, prior experience and the application of the knowledge gained. Webmify makes no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money as a result of using our content or programs.
Our programs are educational tools. They are not financial advice, investment advice or professional consulting services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Webmify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, data or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Webmify shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites or services including WhatsApp, Vercel-hosted pages and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify active users by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of Webmify after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
